Deputy director of Statistics Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Was born on May 28, 1985 in the Tashkent city. Uzbek nationality. Specialist in the field of telecommunication technologies and management in the field of economics. In 2007 he graduated from the Tashkent University of Information Technologies, 2010 - the Saint Petersburg State University of Telecommunications, 2018 - the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In 2007, he graduated from the Tashkent University of information technologies, in 2010 from the St. Petersburg state University of telecommunications, in 2018 from the Academy of public administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2007-2008 engineer of the research Department of communications and information and communication technologies, systems and services of the Center for scientific, technical and marketing research, engineer of the II category.

2008-2010 graduated from St. Petersburg state University of telecommunications.

Until may 2019, he held the position of Deputy head of the Secretariat for the development of telecommunications, IT technologies and innovation, information security issues.

In may 2019, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the State Committee on Statistics for information and communication technologies and information security.

He is married and has three children.
