Within the framework of a new stage of the reforms being implemented in our country in recent years, systematic work has been carried out to develop the system of national statistics.

On September 17, 2021, the Goskomstat organized a training seminar on the topic "The results of the reform on the implementation of the digital economy and e-government." It was attended by employees of the central office.

According to the State Committee on Statistics, as of July 1, 2021, the number of enterprises and organizations working in the construction sector amounted to 1,630 organizations and increased by 7.3% compared to 2020. In the context of regions, the largest number of 478 organizations are registered in the city of Navoi, this indicator, in this region, compared to 2020, increased by 14.9%.

As of January 1, 2021, in the Republic of Uzbekistan, objects of material and cultural heritage amounted to 8208. Architectural monuments 2264, of which the largest number is in the Samarkand region 562.

If in 2016-2020 the volume of medical services provided in the healthcare sector was fixed at 1.4 trillion. soums, then by the end of 2020 this figure amounted to 3.4 trillion. soums.

  In January-June 2021, the GRP of the Syrdarya region increased by 12.3%. In the structure of GRP, the growth rates of agriculture, forestry and fisheries amounted to 106.3%, industry - 123.4%, construction - 111.7% and services - 108.2%.

In January-June 2021, according to the State Statistics Committee, the share of investments made by enterprises and organizations without attracting funds, at their own expense, in the total investment in fixed assets in the Navoi region amounted to 19.8%.

According to preliminary data, in January-August 2021, enterprises of the republic produced industrial products worth 269.8 trillion soums, the index of physical volume* of industrial production by the same period in 2020 amounted to 109.2%.

In January-August of this year, the volume of construction work performed in the Republic of Uzbekistan amounted to 66 412.4 billion soums, and the growth rate in relation to the corresponding period of 2020 reached 102.0%.

At a meeting on measures to improve national statistics chaired by the head of state on June 1 2020 year, the issue of human resources was raised, and instructions were given to train and improve the skills of all specialists of the statistical system.

As of September 1, 2021, the total number of enterprises and organizations operating in the republic (excluding farms and dekhkan farms) amounted to 527 853, an increase of 118.0 percent compared to the corresponding period last year. Of the total number of operating enterprises and organizations, 88.2 percent (465 361) were business entities.

In the Syrdarya region, income from transfers, consisting of social transfers and other current transfers, is of no small importance in the structure of the population's income.

In January-June 2021, the total volume of products (services) of agriculture, forestry and fisheries in Andijan region amounted to 11,977.5 billion soums, or 103.3 % compared to the corresponding period of last year.

According to the State Committee on Statistics, as of July 1, 2021, the number of enterprises and organizations working in the construction sector amounted to 2,855 organizations and increased by 10.1% compared to 2020.

As of January 1, 2021, in the Republic of Uzbekistan, material objects of cultural heritage amounted to 8208. Archaeological monuments amounted to 4788, the largest number of monuments is located in Kashkadarya region 1189.

   According to the results of January-June 2021, the GRP of the Tashkent region increased by 7.8%. In the structure of GRP, the growth rates of agriculture, forestry and fisheries amounted to 100.3%, industry - 109.6%, construction - 117.2% and services - 109.3%.

According to the State Committee on Statistics, as of September 1, 2021, the total number of industrial enterprises operating in the republic amounted to 92 033, which increased by 117.6% compared to the corresponding period of 2020.
