According to preliminary data from the National Statistics Committee, a total of 69.1 thousand apartments (individual housing) were commissioned in Uzbekistan in 2025.
This figure increased by 2.4 thousand compared to 2024.
The number of apartments commissioned by region is as follows:
Namangan region - 10.8 thousand;
Tashkent region - 6.7 thousand;
Surkhandarya region - 6.1 thousand;
Fergana region - 5.9 thousand;
Khorezm region - 5.9 thousand;
Tashkent city - 5.9 thousand;
Bukhara region - 5.6 thousand;
Andijan region - 4.8 thousand;
Republic of Karakalpakstan - 4.6 thousand;
Kashkadarya region - 4.1 thousand;
Samarkand region - 3.5 thousand;
Jizzakh region - 2 thousand;
Navoi region - 2 thousand;
Syrdarya region - 0.6 thousand.
