During January-December 2023, 352.1 trillion soums of investments in fixed assets were disbursed in the Republic of Uzbekistan, of which, the volume of investments aimed at construction and installation works amounted to 160.5 trillion soums, and their share of the total volume of disbursed investments was 45. 6 %.
The volume of investments aimed at purchasing machinery, equipment and household supplies amounted to 161.5 trillion soums (share of total investments 45.9 %) and other expenses - 30.1 trillion sum (8.5 %).
