From 26 to 30 November 2018, a regional course on indicators of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for the national statistical offices of the countries of the Asia-Pacific region was held in Chibo (Japan). The course is organized by the Statistical Institute for Asia and the Pacific (SIAP) together with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO).
This course was held at the Statistical Institute for Asia and the Pacific (SIAP), which was attended by experts from the statistical departments of Afghanistan, Bhutan, India, Islamic Republic of Iran, Japan, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, New Zealand, Papua - New Guinea, Republic of Korea, Samoa, Thailand, Turkmenistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The Head of the Department of Social Statistics and Sustainable Development of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Statistics, KH. Murodkhujaev, and an employee of the Department of Agriculture and Ecology, M. Mirkomilov, participated from the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Statistics.
