On February 5 of this year, an online webinar was organized at the Statistics Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan for employees of the department of the chief legal adviser of the statistical offices of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions and the city of Tashkent to ensure the implementation of the tasks established by the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 4, 2024 No. PP-114, as well as the promotion of labor legislation and discussion of priority tasks for the future.
During the event, employees were provided with explanations on compliance with labor legislation in the activities of territorial statistical bodies, and also explained the content of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 4, 2024 No. PP-114 "On measures to improve the activities of the Agency of Statistics under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan", including familiarization with new regulatory legal acts currently developed.
During the webinar, the Labor Code, labor law and labor discipline were discussed. At the end of the webinar, the Head of the Legal Department, Vakhob Tukhtayev, answered questions from participants regarding labor legislation and problems that arise in the course of work, providing detailed explanations.
