In addition, it was explained to the staff that the Constitution, adopted on April 30, 2023, consists of 155 articles, and the number of norms is 434. It was also explained that 27 new articles were added and their meaning and content were clarified.
It was noted that the Constitution has increased the number of norms related to human rights by 3 times, and norms related to public health protection by 4 times.
