The Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan was adopted on December 8, 1992 at the eleventh session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the twelfth convocation.
The Constitution is the guarantor of ensuring human rights and freedoms, adherence to the principles of State sovereignty, peace and harmony in society, and large-scale reforms in all spheres of life.
