At the Yangier branch of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology was organized a seminar “On the work carried out in the Republic of Uzbekistan on preparation for the census and its conduct” by the regional Department of statistics.
The event was attended by employees of the Department of statistics of the Sirdarya region, professors and teachers of the institute and also students.
During the seminar, specialists of the regional statistics department provided detailed insights into the content of the census, the number of population and its structure, the number of births, deaths, marriages and divorces from marriage, the natural growth of the population.
The participants also exchanged views on what aspects should be paid attention to when conducting this event.
The seminar was full of heated debates and discussions. Experts answered students' questions in detail.
