On October 28 of this year, the Statistical Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan organized statistical activities for the employees of the Statistical Department of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional and Tashkent statistical departments, and organized preventive work and international cooperation and information exchange. An online webinar was organized on the status of the work being carried out on the issues and future priorities.
In the webinar, detailed understanding of the content and essence of the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 4, 2024 "On measures to organize the activities of the Statistical Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan" PQ-114, Also, the tasks of the statistical bodies were discussed based on the requirements of the decision.
Also, in the webinar, employees were informed about the procedures for monitoring the implementation of statistical programs, the prevention of violations and administrative practice in the field of statistics, the departmental policy for the distribution of official statistics, methodological recommendations for the issuance of statistical bulletins, the formation of statistical collections, the international methodology of "MHT-2008": detailed understanding of changes, recommendations and their implementation, GNP (GNP) and features of added value formation by sectors.
Instructions were given on how to implement the tasks in these directions in the regions, and the questions of the participants were answered.
At the end of the webinar, the employees of the Department of Statistics and Aggregate Information and Analytical Works were dismissed from the tests and their mastery of the topics covered was assessed.
