The Center is created according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated January 8,
2003, №8 "On Arranging Activities of the State Committee of the Republic of
Uzbekistan on Statistics."
The Center is an educational establishment on improvement of
professional skill and retraining of staff of the State statistics,
experts in other branches of economy. It also conducts researches in the
field of development and introduction of statistical methods using
modern computer technology.
The basic tasks of the Center are as follows:

retraining and improvement of professional development of staff engaged
in state statistics agencies and branches of economy;
-
satisfaction of needs of experts in receiving knowledge on recent
achievements, advanced domestic and foreign experience in the field of
statistics, information technologies, collection and processing of
statistical information;
-
improvement of forms and methods for conduction of studies,
intensification of teaching-auxiliary process, development of practice
of individualization of staff training, including concrete practical
tasks and business games;
-
organization and conduction of researches in the field of statistics, as
well as participation in
branch and regional projects on statistical work;
-
realization of work on improvement of statistical methodologies and
ensuring of their conformity with international standards and rules;
-
arrangement and conduction of joint seminars, conferences, as well as
realization of curriculums together with
international organizations and foreign foundations;
-
development of international cooperation in the field of statistical
staff training and retraining.
The Center offers the following courses:
"Accounting"
2 week course (80 hours). The purpose of the course is to train
participants in accounting on the basis of national and international
standards of book-keeping.
Participants are provided with a package of documents and a distributing
materia
"New card of accounts of national standards of
book-keeping" (60 hours)
For working accountants of enterprises and institutions.
Base computer training with studying Windows NT 2000 Professional, Word 2000,Ехсеl 2000
The program will allow skillfully to use a computer in any field of
activity from the basis of computer literacy to the reliable work in
modern office programs.
Course
duration and mode of training: 36 teaching periods, 3 times a week by 4
teaching periods. Intensive variant: 5 days a week by 4 teaching periods.
Computer graphics, Makeup, Design, Animation
The given course is the base for further study of modern programs of
computer graphics and design, such as Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, 3D
Studio MAX.
The
purpose of the course is the acquaintance with theoretical bases of
visual design and practical application of key rules of design in
practice in modern technologies and techniques of computer graphics.
Internet and WEB-Technologies
The program of the given course allows to use a computer for work in the
global Internet network. The level of training corresponds to user
having skills of work with all information services of the network.

20 teaching periods, 3 times a week by 4 teaching periods.
English course (72 hours)
for beginners and advanced
Profound training of the state language.
For beginners (70 hours) and advanced (96 hours).
In
Uzbek and Russian in time convenient for participants.
After finishing the courses the certificate of the
